It's crazy to look back at the work that we've done to our Hampton Cottage and the Cotuit Cottage. It's clear that we love to renovate houses and make them into better versions of themselves. I also love that when we upgrade a house, we then get to enjoy all of the hard work that we put into the changes.
Well, we're at it again! We are in the process of purchasing a new Cottage and this one is in Maine on a Pond! We've been interested in a lake house for a couple years now and we're finally getting close to making it a reality. There will be so many things to share at the beginning that I thought it would be a good idea to start with the before pictures. I also like having a place to document our original plans to see how they change over time.
The adventure will shared between my mom and dad (Minz and Grampy), my husband (Steve) and son (Jackson). We plan to share this house and make it a place for us to enjoy each other.

Here are the stats:
3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 1800 sqft, 150 ft of owned waterfront, 3 car garage with apartment (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom) above.
The current plan includes furnishing the Main cottage with the Cotuit cottage furniture. Many of the pieces will fit nicely and that will allow us to start using the lake house in the winter.
